Deleting Empty User Groups

To delete empty user groups, click on the accout settings Account Settings icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Choose the Manage Users option.

In the Manage Users page, click on the delete Delete Empty User Groups icon.

A list of all empty user groups will be then provided in the Empty User Groups page. Click on the icon next to the group you would like to delete. Select the delete Delete User Group option.

To remove users from a group in order to delete it, navigate to accout settings Account Settings, then Manage Users. Click on the manage users by core group Manage User Groups by Core Group icon and clear the users in the user group you want to delete.
