Downloading Excel Templates

To download an existing Excel template, click on Schedule Import in the left menu. Select the Download Excel Templates option.

In the Download Excel Templates page, select the desired option, keeping in mind that the template should be as close as possible to the Excel file used to complete the schedule.

Clicking in one of the options will initiate the download automatically. Once it’s done, you may copy your schedule onto the downloaded CSV file.

To upload the new schedule to the system, go to Setting Up Mapping Templates.

Important Note: To avoid losing data, make sure cells A1 and A2 of your schedule are not deleted when copying the schedule onto the downloaded template.
