Indicate Interest

The Indicate Interest feature can be turned on for the Bulletin Board when groups need to see all users who are interested in covering a specific assignment and manually select who is awarded the assignment. The Bulletin Board Interest feature allows users to indicate they are interested in picking up an assignment. The administrator then goes in and awards the assignment to a specific person.

In the left menu, click Bulletin Board. Select the schedule name of the shift you would like to indicate interest for from the list on the right-hand side of the menu.

Review the list of available assignments and confirm which assignment and date you would like to pick up. Once confirmed, click and select Indicate Interest. Define the priority of your interest, 1st Choice being highest priority and 3rd Choice being lowest priority. Once confirmed, click .
