Administrators can contact Physician Scheduling support via the Communities web portal or by calling our support team if assistance is needed.

If there is a non-emergent request, administrators can use the Communities web portal. To access the portal, please visit https://symplrportal.force.com/symplrCustomerSuccess and enter the username and password provided by symplr via email.

Administrators can also contact our support team via phone for both emergent and non-emergent requests. Our phone number is (866) 503-7227. Hours of operation are 9am-6pm CT. Our support team is available after these hours for emergencies only.
