Viewing Swaps Logs

To view the schedule generation logs, navigate to the System Logs icon in the upper right corner of the homepage.

Click on the Swaps Logs option.

This action will take you to the Swaps Logs page, where you can view a list of assignment swaps, detailed information regarding their creation and which user performed them and when, as well as a Filters searching tool.

To search for a particular swap, navigate to the Filters search tool.

You can either pick an assignment code or a name of a user associated with the swap in question in the Assigncode and User drop-down menus.

You can also filter the list of swap logs by choosing a date range.

Clicking on the Date Range menu will prompt a pop-up date range box where you can choose a period ranging from recent dates, specific dates, four-week, month, or quarter date ranges, as well as academic, fiscal, or calendar years, or academic, fiscal, or calendar years to date.

You may also pick the current month option or choose a specific date range by entering the date manually.

When you’re ready click on the button. This will prompt the system to display a list of swap logs that match the chosen fields.
