Sync Settings

You are able to sync your schedule to your phone's calendar, allowing you to see your work assignments alongside other events that are on your personal calendar.

It is accessible via the Gear menu from the home page.

Select your desired Schedule from the dropdown menu and tap to confirm.

Days Before to sync: Can be set to any number you prefer, this will set the number of days before the present date to sync your schedule.

Days After to sync: Can be set to any value up to 365.

Syncs Per Day (Android only. See iPhone direction below): Can be any number up to 24, which will sync your schedule hourly. This may be detrimental to your device's battery life, however.

Hit Start to begin the sync, and your schedule should appear in your calendar app of choice.

 

iPhone users: Instead of Start, you will see a Subscribe button and no menu option Syncs Per Day. iPhones handle syncing differently and live-update calendars, so your calendar should update when changes are made.
